Bedding and Linen Services We provide washing, drying, and folding of all linens, including sheets, towels, pillowcases, and blankets. Fresh, clean linens are delivered or replaced as per your preference, helping you maintain a high standard for your guests’ comfort. Kitchen and Bathroom Sanitization We focus on deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all appliances, countertops, sinks, and surfaces are sanitized. This includes disinfecting high-touch areas like faucets, handles, and light switches, providing a hygienic space for your guests. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning For each new guest, we ensure that every corner of your property is cleaned thoroughly, from top to bottom. This includes washing windows, deep-cleaning carpets or floors, and addressing any areas that need special attention. High-Touch Area Disinfection In today’s climate, disinfecting high-touch surfaces is a priority. We offer deep sanitization of areas like door handles, light switches, remotes, and any frequently touched surfaces to ensure the space is safe and hygienic for your guests. Customizable Cleaning We offer flexible packages to suit your cleaning needs. Whether you need a one-time cleaning between bookings or recurring services, we will tailor the cleaning schedule and scope to fit your property and guest turnover. Quality Control and Inspection After each cleaning, we perform an inspection to ensure every detail is taken care of, leaving your property spotless and ready for guest arrival. Emergency Cleaning Services For last-minute bookings or urgent cleaning needs, we offer expedited services to ensure your Airbnb is always guest-ready. Cancellation Policy

irbnb Cleaning Service Policy Booking & Payment To secure your cleaning service, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due upon completion of the service. We offer flexible payment options, and a payment schedule will be discussed during the booking process. Invoices for each service will be provided upon request. Cleaning Scope Our Airbnb cleaning services include general cleaning, sanitization of high-touch areas, bathroom and kitchen deep cleaning, and bedding/linen services. Specific services, such as deep carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or additional special requests, can be added for an extra fee. A walkthrough or consultation may be required to assess the property’s specific cleaning needs and ensure accurate pricing. Cleaning Frequency You may schedule one-time or recurring cleaning services depending on your guest turnover. Recurring services are typically scheduled after each guest’s check-out, but we can also accommodate flexible scheduling based on your availability and needs. Specific turnaround times for cleaning will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking or consultation. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the agreed cleaning fee. No-shows will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Liability for Damaged or Lost Items While every effort is made to handle your property with care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear. In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by our cleaning staff, we will replace or reimburse the cost of the item(s) after a detailed assessment. Claims must be made within 24 hours of service completion. Product Preferences & Special Requests We are happy to accommodate any product preferences (e.g., specific detergents, eco-friendly cleaning products, hypoallergenic items) and special requests (e.g., additional cleaning of specific areas or items). These preferences must be discussed during the booking or consultation and may incur additional fees depending on the specifics. Inspection & Quality Assurance After each cleaning, we will conduct a quality check to ensure everything meets our standards. You are welcome to request an inspection or additional touch-ups if necessary. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address any concer
